Welcome to DJ's Computer Services ("DJCRS," "we," "us," "our"), an IT2Innovations company. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

DJCRS provides computer repair, managed IT services, web design and e-commerce, IT and AI consulting, video and graphic production, and professional training. In-person services are available in Pahrump, NV and the surrounding area. Remote services are available to clients throughout the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, and Mexico with an active broadband internet connection.

Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from DJ's Computer Services regarding billing notices, appointment reminders, and occasional promotional offers.

• Message frequency varies, typically up to 5 messages per month, though clients with multiple appointments in a given month may receive more.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (775) 537-4104.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Billing and Payment

Invoices and work notes are provided for all completed services. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

DJCRS provides services on a best effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
